This is more than an organization- it's a community!

The council is a confidential talking circle in which we listen and speak from the heart. It is a great way to increase social connection, emotional presence, and psychological well-being. Each call will be led by a Cascadia Quest facilitator and are open to anyone either new or involved in the community. Invite friends and family! Please arrive on the call a few minutes early so that we can start on time.
