We are positioned to make significant changes in the next few years, including a rapid expansion of programs following in-depth capacity-building and leadership trainings. The Board and staff are navigating towards a vision even further out than the one with which I first initiated this project-- to have community-supported rites of passage for youth ready to step into adulthood in our ecoregion.
